Celebrating Excellence: Our Women in Wealth Award Finalists
We are incredibly proud to share that six members of the Coastal Advisory Australia team have been named finalists in the 2026 Australian Women in Wealth Awards – and we wanted to take a moment to celebrate them with you.
The Women in Wealth Awards recognise women who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and leadership across financial services, including financial planning, wealth management, superannuation, life insurance, and technology. The awards also shine a light on rising stars whose dedication is shaping the future of the industry. Beyond professional recognition, the awards have supported meaningful global initiatives, including the Emerge Foundation, which empowers young women through education in East Timor.
Being named a finalist is a significant honour – and this year, our team has earned recognition across four categories:
Financial Planner of the Year – NSW/ACT
Rosie Copp, Senior Financial Adviser
Kristy Coulin, Senior Financial Adviser
Industry Executive of the Year
Nicole Munday, Chief Operating Officer
Industry Professional of the Year
Ivana Sanzari, Regional Manager – SA, VIC & WA
Paraplanner of the Year
Michelle Peters, Senior Associate, Technical Services
Sharyn Weger, Senior Associate, Technical Services
These women represent the very best of what we do – bringing expertise, care, and leadership to their work every single day. Their recognition is a reflection of the passion they pour into supporting our clients and uplifting our industry.
We are grateful to have them on our team, and we look forward to cheering them on – winners will be announced on 4 June, so watch this space!
Congratulations to Rosie, Kristy, Nicole, Ivana, Michelle, and Sharyn – we couldn’t be more proud.
