The Coastal Advisory Australia Professional Year Mentoring Program is designed to support aspiring financial advisers as they transition from academic study into the professional world. Operating across Australia, this program has supported over 9 PY participants. It provides a structured and supportive environment where Professional Year (PY) candidates gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop the necessary skills to become competent and ethical financial advisers. The program is fully compliant with FASEA (Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority) requirements and integrates seamlessly with the broader goals of the Coastal Advisory Australia’s client-first approach.
